Christ Kitchen located at the St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, “B” Street in St. Albans continues to be a site where this ministry volunteers and support their efforts in feeding those who income falls short and need assistance.   Christ Kitchen has been in operation for 30 years and is operated by Mary McCoy the past 8 years.  This past fiscal year over 27,000 meals were served.   Christ Kitchen provides breakfast, lunch and takeout for home.  This operation solely operates on donations and though located in that church it is not a church operation but rather they allow them use of the facilities.

This ministry is involved in Twin City Center Homeless Shelter located at 100 MacCorkle Ave. in St. Albans.  Though operated by Roark Sullivan there is a need for assisting them and providing spiritual help.   The center provides counseling for substance abuse and can house 12 men and 12 women.

Serving seniors at care homes is one of the ministries most active outreach.  Currently the ministry is serving Golden Living Center on MacCorkle Ave. in St. Albans on the third Sunday of every month at 1 PM.

The ministry provides church services and a men’s fellowship that meets once per month.
